Support FAQs 1) How can I add my Business to the website and manage it? Firstly, you need to register on
the website using the 'register' link on the top right hand side
of the website. Once registration is complete you will then be able to
login to your section of the website using the 'client login'.
To add your business, select 'My Business' found on the left hand
side of the page. It is important when registering the location of
your business to select the country and then the exact location from the
subsequent dropdown menus. For email, use your business email. Next,
fill in the form with your Business details and PayPal number and click
on save. It will then show as 'Request Pending' for approval by
the WTEC team, approval may take up to 24 hours. If you have not heard
from us within 24 hours then please contact: support@wtecatalogue.com
After the request has been approved, various 'Action' buttons will be
visible. For example Edit: Please note: You must add the website of your Business, and your email address should match the domain of the website. We will send verification emails to the email address you use. ............................................................................................................................................................................................................................. 2) How do I add my Banner Advertisement ? Firstly, you need to register on the website using the 'register' link on the top right hand side of the website. Once registration is complete you will then be able to login to your section of the website using the 'client login'. Then you will be able to access the 'My Advertisements' link on the left hand side. Click on this link and select where you want to place your banner on the website from the available options and enter the PayPal number. To upload an advertisement banner,you

After login to your section using
the 'client login' you can click 'My Business Top Image'.
It will show all your businesses. Click on the upload top image ............................................................................................................................................................................................................................. 4) What is Link to Reservation ? If your website has a page where reservations and bookings can be made, you can place a link to that page here. The link should be written in the format of http://www. If you don't have a separate page for reservations and bookings, then you can give your contact page as a link instead. If 'Reservations' is not applicable to your business, just remove the 'http://www.' From the box and 'Reservations' will not appear on your page. ............................................................................................................................................................................................................................. 5) How many Images and Videos I can add to my page ? You can have 10 images and 10 videos. There is no limit on the amount of text you can have with each image or video. We recommend you add all the 10 Images and 10 Videos if possible. You should have the copyright for the material you upload and mention any copyright applicable in the text box. ............................................................................................................................................................................................................................. 6) What is the video file format ? Currently the website supports only .FLV videos. So please convert all your video files to FLV and upload. There is a maximum file size of 25 MB each. ............................................................................................................................................................................................................................. 7) The images I uploaded are not showing in the site? Only the images uploaded at the low resolution option are displayed on the site. So make sure that you upload low resolution versions of your images. The maximum size of low resolution images should be 2000 X 2000 pixels. Also check that your images are displayed whileviewing as 'Thumbnails' on your Computer and it opens in your Internet Browser. If they are still not displaying in the site, please try opening the image and slightly reducing the size. Then save it again and then upload the saved image. BMP and TIF images are not supported in low resolution option. If there is still a problem, contact support@wtecatalogue.com. High resolution images are only for download. You can allow or disallow download of images. ............................................................................................................................................................................................................................. 8) How can I add Google Map of my business? Please visit www.google.com and create your Google Map and use the option 'Paste HTML to embed in website'. Create your HTML code in a 760x400 pixel size. You should not change this pixel size. Now you can paste your code in the Google Map box provided in your business. ............................................................................................................................................................................................................................. 9) I represent a Country Government Tourist Board. How can I add my Country pages ? For added security of Country related pages, adding information is done by our website administrators. Please contactsupport@wtecatalogue.com for assistance in adding to your Country page. ............................................................................................................................................................................................................................. 10) How can I enable Skype for my pages? You need to email your Business Name and Skype Name to support@wtecatalogue.com , then we will enable your pages for Skype. ............................................................................................................................................................................................................................. 11) Can I add more than one business with the same PayPal number? No. You can only have one business per PayPal number. For multiple businesses you need to make sure you purchase additional PayPal numbers. We recommend you use a separate email address for each Business you add. We will check the website of each business and send verification emails. Only after getting a reply from you, the business will be activated. If your website address and your email addresses are from different domain names, we may need additional proof. You can only add your businesses in places where you have local presence. ............................................................................................................................................................................................................................. 12) In my Country list it is not showing the Level2/Level3 Place names I need to add my Business?. We have taken care in adding all the Administrative Divisions of each Country. If you think it is necessary to add a prominent 'CITY' name, please inform sales@wtecatalogue.com.
